The Chix were back home Thursday evening to play Byron Center. In a low scoring game, the Chix lost 44-35 to the Bulldogs. Leading the Chix in scoring was David Ortiz, with 10 points. Ortiz also added 5 rebounds and 2 assists. Nathan Claerbaut scored 9 points, grabbed 11 boards and blocked 4 shots. Sam Cochran and Nate Vereeke each added 4 points.
The Chix are back in action on Monday evening at home at 6:30 pm as they play a make-up game against Holland.
