REETHS-PUFFER HIGH SCHOOL: 56
The Chix dropped a hard fought game at Reeths Puffer, 56-46. After trailing by just 1 after the first quarter (10-9), the Chix stuggled to stop the Rockets offense in the 2nd quarter to head into halftime trailing 29-22. The game stayed competitive throughout the 2nd half but the Rockets prevailed in the end. The Chix were led in scoring by senior, Ian Bannach, with a season high, 12 points. The game saw the Chix play with incredible energy and effort, unfortunately coming up just short of a road victory. The loss drops the Chix to 1-4 overall on the season and 0-2 in OK Green conference play. They travel to Mona Shores on Friday night in search of their first league win.
