Zeeland East defeated Fennville in game 1 by a score of 9-2. Peyton Remick pitched 4 scoreless innings to record the win on the mound. Remick struck out 9 and only gave up 1 hit and did not walk a batter. Kevin McRae pitched the final 3 innings for the Chix.
