Zeeland East completed the DH sweep of Holland with an 11-3 victory in game 2. Clayton Cochran pitched the complete game win for the Chix, scattering 5 hits while striking out 6 in 7 innings.
Zeeland East tallied 12 hits in the game, led by Kainan Bayn and Cobe Huizenga who each had 3 and three runs scored. Bayn also had 3 RBI. Josh Fusco and Layden Byker chipped in with 2 hits a piece, while Fusco added 2 RBI, 2 stolen bases and an RBI.
Zeeland East improves to 9-3 overall (3-2 OK Green) and travel to Holland on Thursday to complete the series.
