Zeeland East dropped the nightcap to Hamilton, losing 4-2. Cobe Huizenga and Kainan Bayn each scored a run and had a stolen base. The Chix only had 2-hits in the game despite hitting the ball hard all night.
Kainan Bayn was the pitcher of record, replacing Zach DeGraaf after one inning due to injury. Bayn battled through 5 innings of relief, striking out 6 and allowing 7 hits and 4 runs. The loss moves Zeeland East (20-9) to 9-5 in the OK Green.
