HOLLAND HIGH SCHOOL: 42
The Chix started OK Green Conference play with a 40-42 loss to Holland High School. After allowing 20 first quarter points, they buckled down on the defensive end and held HHS to just 22 total points over the final 3 quarters. Unfortunately, that defensive effort was not enough to overcome the 18 point first half deficit. A great second half effort by the Chix lead to a tremendous come back.
The Chix travel to Reeths Puffer High School on Tuesday.
