On a dreary Friday night the Chix of Zeeland East defeated the Holland High Dutch by the score of 25-3.  The Chix offense outgained the Dutch 316 yards to 182 yards in total offense. Senior RB Josh Fusco rushed for 173 yards in 12 attempts and 3 TDs  to lead the offense. Senior QB Gabe Taylor was 4-8 passing for 92 yards. Junior receiver Tommy Zegunis caught 2 passes for 56 yards. The defense was led once again by Senior LB Boone Bonnema with 13 tackles. Juniors Spencer Postma and Brendan Duneghy chipped in with 8 and 10 tackles respectively.  Next week the Chix are home once again to take on the Bulldogs of Byron Center at Zeeland Stadium.
