The Chix defended their home course with a nice 2nd place finish edging out Holland Christian by 3 strokes 172 - 175. Byron Center was victorious with a round of 158. Scoring for the team tonight was Davis Courtright with a 39, Derrek Sterken and Cole Immink with 42's and Quinn Custer with a 49.
Other team scores were Unity Christian 184, Hamilton 199, Holland 211 and Zeeland West 213.
Tomorrow the team travels to Byron Center to play Railside.
