Despite rampant illness and injury with multiple starters and even the starting back-ups out, Zeeland East Wrestling participated in the Charlotte Barrus Team Invitational on Saturday. Zeeland East lost to host Charlotte, State ranked Leslie, Greenville, and Lowell. Zeeand East defeated Lansing Waverly to finish the day 1-4. Undefeated for East was Carter Hinson (135) and Joel Ledford (160).
