The Boys Varsity Swim and Dive beat the Jenison Wildcats Tuesday night 101-76.

This meet was competitive and the team knew how to bring the noise to the deck. Following the success of the swimming team Coach Drew Scheerhorn said, “I think this was our first in-conference dual meet, so it was fun to line up and see where we are so far within the conference. I think we will get a few more conference matchups in the next few weeks, but we swam hard, we swam fast, and we’re tired. It’s a good setup for the rest of the season.”

Fr. Max Lewis scored a personal best of 179 to take first place in diving. After Lewis’ leading performance, he said, “What stood out to me about this meet was how I scored 40 points higher than my original PR. It took a lot of meditation, energy, and attention to how much water I drank and food I ate, but it helped me perform the way I did today.”

Sr. Owen Stevens placed first in the 500 Free timing 4:37.34.
