The Chix Traveled to Holland to play the Dutch of Holland High School on Thursday, January 3 to open the OK Green Schedule. The Chix controlled the game throughout and came away with a 51 - 30 victory. The team used a balanced attack and improved shooting to secure the victory. David Ortiz and Levi Tilden each scored 11 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Nathan Claerbaut added 8 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 blocked shots. Javon Lozada chipped in with 7 points and 3 boards. The win improved the Chix record to 3 wins and 4 losses on the season, 1 and 0 in the OK Green. The team is back in action on Tuesday, January 8 at 4 pm to take on the Dux of Zeeland West.
