In Game 2 of the double header, the Chix won a thrilling game 4 -3.  The Chix offense started slowly in this game and were down 2-0 after 3 innings.  But the 4^th inning, the Chix loaded the bases and Keenan Faber tied the game with a 2 RBI single.  He later scored the go ahead run on a wild pitch to give the Chix a 3-2 lead.  The Chix added on to their lead in the 5^th inning as Brandon Claerbaut plated Luke Gruppen with a single, and the Chix led 4-2 going into the bottom of the 5^th inning.  Hamilton got the first 2 runners on base to start the inning.  But a nice running grab by Luke Gruppen in centerfield got the first out and a game ending double play to Sam Cochran secured the win for the Chix.

Starting pitcher Trenton Lynema pitched a strong game for the Chix, scattering 4 hits and striking out 4, while only allowing 1 earned run. 

Offensively, Brandon Claerbaut had 2 hits, including a double and a RBI and run scored.  Keenan Faber had 2 RBI and a run scored.  Luke Gruppen reached base twice, scored a run and stole a base.
