The freshmen boys basketball team dropped a hard fought game to rival Zeeland West on Tuesday by a score of 39-47. After struggling heavily in the first matchup, losing by 32 points at home, the Chix were able to make some adjustments and battled from beginning to end. The game was back and forth until West used a small run to pull away in the end. Despite the loss, the boys continue to improve and are looking forward to getting back to practice to prepare for Byron Center on Tuesday on the road. Go Chix!
