Zeeland East traveled to Coopersville on Tuesday night and came home with a victory, 48-35.
Mirra Fenlon led the Chix with 16 points. Katie Carlson provided 12 points off the bench.
“After taking the lead into halftime, we finished the second half string. I am extremely proud of how focused we were all night and made baskets at the right time.”
The Chix move to 2-1 on the season.
