ZEELAND WEST HIGH SCHOOL: 1
Zeeland East lost a hard-fought game against the Dux of Zeeland West with a score of 1-0. Zeeland West was very well organized with their back four and caught us offsides many times to stall our transition. Both teams had their chances, but the Dux were able to put a goal in the back of the net with 6 minutes remaining in regulation. Our back line work extremely hard all night and GK Hope Steenwyk made many solid saves in net. Zeeland East is back in action on Monday, 4/15, with a home game vs. Holland.
