Zeeland East watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 7-3 loss to Kenowa Hills on Thursday in first game of Double Header. Megan Greeene toed the rubber for Zeeland East. She surrendered seven runs on 11 hits over seven innings, striking out 12. The Chix totaled six hits in the game. Jordyn DeNeff and Kirsten Piatek each collected two hits to lead the Chix tonight. Of note the Chix did not commit a single error in the field.
