Zeeland East Drops Game Two of DH To Kenowa Hills After Late Score

The Chix stayed in it until the end, but Kenowa Hills pulled away late in a 5-4 victory on Thursday. Romelia Elizardo had a triple that scored a run. Kirsten Piatek (pictured) led the Chix with two hits in three at bats.

Anna Jipping got the start for Zeeland East. She surrendered five runs on six hits over six innings, striking out four.
