The Chix had all the right stuff on Saturday in game 1 of the Zeeland Invitational tournament, besting Comstock Park by a score of 5-0

Megan Greene (pictured left) took the win for Zeeland East. She surrendered zero runs on five hits over seven innings, striking out 13.

The Chix tallied six hits. Romelia Elizardo (pictured top right) and Addy Silguero (pictured bottom right) each had two hits to lead Zeeland East. Defensively the Chix were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error.
