Zeeland East fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 5-0 loss to Jenison on Friday.
A single by Miriam Dietsche in the third inning was a positive for Zeeland East.
Anna Jipping took the loss for Zeeland East. She allowed seven hits and five runs over six innings, striking out seven and walking zero.
Dietsche and Riley Comden all each had one hit to lead Zeeland East.
