In the Cornerstone Holiday Tournament Championship game the Chix faced off with Grand Rapids Christian. Both teams got off to a great start, but the Chix were down by 4 at halftime. The Chix fell behind by 8 at the end of the 3rd quarter, and showed a ton of heart to cut the lead to 4 with 2 minutes left in the game. The Chix ran out of gas trying to battle back to tie the game and lost in a heartbreaker by 8. Chix were led by Ali Holman with 5 points, and Hannah Arendsen and Katie Post each chipped in 4 points.
