East Girls Cross Country Wins Unity Christian Conference Meet

Zeeland East Varsity girls cross country finished first at the OK Black Jamboree conference meet on Wednesday, September 19 at Unity Christian HS.

Fr. Adalyn Raab said, “It went really well, but It was definitely hot. My rankings motivate me and seeing other girls running pushed me to keep going for my team.”

Girls Varsity coach Josh Vork said, “The meet went fantastic! It’s hot out here. This course is brutal, and there’s no wind. It was a tough day to run, but the girls followed exactly what they needed to do, and took care of business today. They really out performed their seeds today and showed they’re the favorites on this campus.”
