Both boys and girls track and field teams took home victories at the OK Green Conference Championships Friday night. The boys scored 202 points (Zeeland West was 2nd with 198.5) to earn a share of the conference title while the girls scored 239 points (Zeeland West was 2nd with 164) to win the conference outright. Event winners were:
Caden Meyer - 3200m run (10:10.42)
Zeke Hutt, Gavin Wiersma, Caden Meyer, Nick Riemersma - 4x800m relay (8:13.57)
Aidan Taylor - shot put (52' 10") and discus (162' 3")
Charlie Drnek - high jump (6' 0") and pole vault (12' 0")
Ally Kuzma - 1600m run (5:16.22) and 3200m run (11:31.28)
Payton Heer - 110m hurdles (16.58)
Ily Watson, Rachel Miller, Maria Martin, Allie DeLost - 4x100m relay (50.50)
Paige Westra - shot put (37' 4") and discus (117' 7")
Hannah Nienhuis - pole vault (9' 6")
