Zeeland boys bowlers roll and girls storm back to tie on tough lanes vs. Wayland

Zeeland girls found themselves in a 10-0 hole after the bakers. The girls kept their head up and fought back taking 6 of 9 points in the first singles match winning totals 667-666. They continued fight ahead again winning 7 of 9 points in the second singles match and 2 pts for overall totals making it a 15-15 tie. Top scores were rolled by Alyssa Fortney 197, Skylar Beverwyk 182 and Morgan Smith 172.
The Zeeland boys stormed out to a 10-0 after bakers but still struggled with the lane conditions. They took 6 points in the first singles game and the match was in hand. This gave Coach Jeff a chance to bring in 4 jv bowlers for the second singles match. They continued to bowl well and took 7 of 9 points in the second match. The boys took the match 25-5.. High games rolled by Isaiah Reyes 204 and Zach Baum 172.
