Boys/Girls Varsity Bowling vs. Mona Shores HS School

Zeeland Boys bowling team steam rolled over conference rivals Mona Shores by a score of 29-1. The boys swept the two baker games and dominated match play with freshman Noah Vandervelde throwing a 201, senior Nick Woodman throwing a 211, and junior Alex Vogt throwing a 233 and leading the way. In his first ever varsity bowling competition sophomore Trevor Blackburn rolled a 194 way to go Trevor.
On the ladies lanes Team Zeeland shut out Mona 30-0. More big games thrown by seniors Ellie Drenten with a 213 and Morgan Smith with a 252, adding to the fire was junior Alyssa Fortney with a pair of 225's. Last night the girls team set this year's state record for the highest baker game with a baker score of 258!
