GRAND HAVEN HIGH SCHOOL: 3
Zeeland Mich - SENIOR NIGHT! The #3 ranked Zeeland Water Polo team defeated Grand Haven 10-3 on senior night. Congratulations to the seniors: Madi Duquette, Sarah Houtman, Ashley Ketchum, Rylee Leestma, Jenna Schrotenboer, and Rylie Toth.
Jenna Schrotenboer led all goal scorers with 5 with fellow seniors Sarah Houtman and Madi Duquette eached scored 2. Junior Kayleigh Brown added the other score.
Madi Duquette was hug on the defensive end with 7 steals and goalie Morgan Beers had another stellar game with 13 saves.
"These seniors have been a special group. We are going to miss them next year and the years to come, but there is still a lot to accomplish this season!" Coach Vruggink
Next up, the team travels to Jenison on Thursday.
